Tuesday 4th August saw the first junior match of the year against local club Belton Park.
With the home team consisting of Josh Buil, Rory Dunbar, Nelson Gilbourne and Edward Bellamy 4 tightly fought games saw Belton Woods come out winners in all 4 matches.

Looking very smart in the newly sponsored team clothing it was fantastic to see the juniors enjoying the singles match play format.
​
The return fixture was played at Belton Park on Monday 24th on a glorious summers day. A much changed Belton Woods side of Andrew Mulhall, Rory Dunbar, Nelson Gilbourne and Seb Foyster enjoyed great games against their opposition, with all matches being played in good spirit. Belton Woods managed to come out on top in all 4 matches to win 4-0.
Matches against other clubs junior sections were a regular occurrence in years gone by so we hope that this will be the start of many more fixtures like this in the future.

SEACROFT V BELTON WOODS - GOLF SIXES 24/08
While the junior 1st team were playing at Belton Park, a young team of 6 golfers went over to play at Seacroft golf Club, Skegness in a Golf Sixes style format match. On a warm, sunny day with very little breeze it was a fantastic introduction to links golf for all of them.
Seacroft were very generous hosts and all of the juniors enjoyed their games against older but very friendly opposition.
Some wonderful golf was played and when the scores were added up, Belton Woods managed a 4pt win.
